Pani ya juice pyin : uthnay ke baad pani ya juice piinaa chahiye, is se jism mein namkiyat ki miqdaar durust rehti hai jabkay hazme mein behtari aur jald ki rangat bhi behtar hoti hai. Koshish karen ke taaza lemoo ya saib sameit deegar fruit se bana juice pyin, agar woh dastyab nahi to pani hi pi len. Phone ya e mil check nahi karen : uthnay ke baad aik ghantay taq apna mobile phone ya computer waghera istemaal nahi karen. Agar uthte hi yeh cheeze istemaal karen ge to aap zurori aur sahet ke liye faida mand kaam karne se reh jayen ge, kyun ke mumkin hai ke aap ko koi laazmi aur pareshan karne wali e mil ya pegham masool sun-hwa ho. Shukriya ada karen : yeh ain islami aur ikhlaqi fareeza hai ke neend se uthnay ke baad un tamam nematon ka shukar ada kya jaye, jin se zindagi aasaan hui. Nematon ka shukar ada karne se ensaan ki soch bhi behtar hoti hai, aur din bhi acha guzarta hai. Ghar ya kamray se bahar nikleen aur gehri sansen len : subah ke waqt lagnay wali sun-hwa nihayat hi sukoon bakhash aur thandhi hoti hai, is liye uthnay ke baad juice ya pani peenay ke foran baad ghar ya kamray se nikal kar kuch der taq gehri sansen leni chahiye. Sahet mand khaano se nashta karen : achi sahet ka dar-o-madar achay khaano par hota hai, kam chiknai walay khanay hi sahet mand zindagi ka raaz hain. Nashtay mein anday aur fruit sameit halki phlki ghiza par mushtamil sahet mand khanay khayen. Khud ko kaam ke liye tayyar karen : nashta karne ke baad foran hi aap khud ko zehni tor par kaam ke liye tayyar karen, aur misbet sochon ke sath kaam ki mansoobah bandi karen. Daftar ya –apne kaam ki jagah pounchanay se pehlay hi zehni tor par khud ko achay, mayaari aur taiz raftaar kaam ke liye tayyar karen. Aur phir kaam ke aaghaz se baqi din ki shuruvaat karen. . .
